Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Contact us at hello@munlightblues.in or via WhatsApp with your order number.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the item.

Refund on Cancellation

Cancelled orders are refunded in full within 5–7 business days. COD orders that are cancelled before dispatch incur no charge.
